For over 25 years I've worked with leaders and teams to help them find the ‘sweet spot' where their talents intersect with business needs. In the process I've helped thousands of organizations tackle the angst of change and take their leadership, department and entire organization to new places. In the process I've learned that business is simple but people are not. It's easier to address challenges when leaders are working together.

Visions come alive when leaders care about each other and the project. It's always greater trust and teamwork that unravels the knots of conflicts, simplifies complexity and motivates action. I've seen years of pent up frustration melt away as individuals discover common ground and leverage their collective talents to achieve a common goal. With greater trust - spirits rise and new ideas become doable.

	Faith Ralston is CEO of Leaps of Faith Inc. Her organization helps leaders build trust and leverage everyone's best talent to achieve the vision. Faith is an inspirational speaker and the creator of Play To Your Strengths® Talent System and author of five books including Hidden Dynamics, AMACOM. Faith has 25 years of business consulting experience working with leaders and teams in large corporations. She has a Ph.D. in adult development, MA in counseling psychology and BA in English.
	Rita Webster, Ph.D. is a certified Play To Your Strengths® consultant. Rita offers coaching and team building processes that helps leaders talk openly about issues that need to be addressed. She doesn't offer cookie-cutter approaches, but proven solutions that focus on real problems caused by dynamic, changing environments. Rita has a Ph.D. in industrial relations and is a certified coach.
	Chris Bedwell is a 'Virtual Assistant' and owner of Collaborative Office Solutions. She spent over 18 years in various corporate senior administrative positions before starting her own company in 2003. By combining modern technology, extensive computer knowledge, and years of business experience, VAs are able to provide business support, both locally and globally, to their clients from their own office. Chris works with a variety of clients including business consultants, real estate agents, small business owners, and non-profit organizations.
